Tereza Schneebergerová, Recruitment Specialist, DEV Course
Terezka is our officially youngest reinforcement, who officially and fully strengthened our ranks this June (2023), i.e. after graduation from the PRIGO University in Havířov.
Her experience with DEV PACK, or However, the DEV Course started much earlier in the form of mandatory practice, when Terezka went through all the requisites of Recruitement, became familiar with all HR aspects of the Recruiter Specialist's work, as well as with all internal systems necessary for the proper processing of client or candidate needs.
Currently, Terka specializes in roles related to Project and Process Management, however, he has the same energy and enthusiasm for any role within our or client's portfolio, i.e. especially when it comes to various IT roles.

Liliana Nábělková, Recruitment Manager DEV Course & Business Partner DEV PACK
Our HR department team will be led by our Recruitement manager Lili from August 2023. Cooperation with Lili is not new for DEV Course. During her work in the previous company, she held the position of HR Specialist, later HR Generalist, and together we worked on various projects and recruitments within the internal HR.
Lili is originally a trained miner, but after several years of experience in this field, she longed for a change and with her tenacity she got into the HR field, which she says is very fulfilling. As she says herself, every day she can learn new knowledge and gain valuable experience in the areas of recruitment, labor law legislation, or even HR marketing.
Building relationships, both with clients - hiring managers and also with candidates - satisfaction on both sides and positive feedback, that's what it's all about.
